Safari that was totally worth it This was a very last minute decision and Vijith helped us make the safari experience at Hurulu Eco Park an extremely comfortable and enjoyable one. We saw elephants up close and were lucky enough to spot a dancing peacock too. Great communication right from the start and amazing transportation arrangements. Thank you Minneriya Wild Tours!

Elephant safari in Minneriya National Park The safari was outstanding due to the enthusiasm and knowledge of our guide. He was punctual, friendly and a pleasure to spend time with. On the tour we saw several herds of elephants grazing in the lush vegetation and a couple of lone males. The birds were colourful and a walk up a granite outcrop afforded us scenic views across the landscape. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Minneriya afternoon safari. Mathisha was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The tour was amazing and we saw several family groups of elephants and had plenty of time to watch them grazing in the park. We also saw brightly coloured peacocks, fly catchers and parrots. We had a lovely climb to a marvellous view point offering spectacular vistas. All in all a wonderful safari.

Elephant safari We went on a lovely safari in the evening. The organisers told us in which national park there’s the best chance to see elephants so we went to Hurulu Eco Park. The driver was really nice and knew what he was doing, the tour met all of our expectations and I recommend going there, we saw a lot of elephants. We also saw an elephant on the way to the safari

Wonderful morning We had a fantastic morning doing this safari, we stopped at a local bakery on the way for breakfast and once on safari we saw a lot of elephants. Would recommend.

Beautiful safari Very nice safari. We saw a lot of elephants into the natural reserve. Our guide was very friendly and kind. He had a jeep full equipped for this. We recommend this tour.

A beautiful experience - highly recommended! Taking a trip with Mathisha is an absolutely beautiful and fun way to explore the wildlife around Sigiryia! He‘ll make sure you‘ll have a superb day, with beautiful highlights in and outside of the parks & safari! We were here in the rainy season, when it is hard to see wild elephants in Minneriya, so he took us to another park. We not only saw plenty of elephants and other animals, but we’re mostly the only car with the animals. A very exclusive unforgettable time! Furthermore we had a super fun jeep ride all along and we’re spontaneously able to visit Pidurangala Rock & temple with him, which we still had on our Sigiryia bucket list. On top if you have questions, need more recommendations etc., from food to Ayurveda to anything - Mathisha knows 🙂 He even helped us to find a save ride to our next stop on Sri Lanka! Morning safari in Hurulu eco park We had a great time on the early morning safari! Saw lots of elephants up close. Magical experience. Would 100% recommend! 🙂
