Pricing and Payment:

3. We accept payments via approved methods such as bank transfers, credit cards, or other mutually agreed-upon means.
4. Refunds processed through OnePay will reflect in the customer’s account within 5-10 days.
Cancellations and Refunds:
1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to cancellation charges as determined by Minneriya Wild Tours.
2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly after deducting any cancellation charges.
3. Unused services or partially utilized tours are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by Minneriya Wild Tours.
Travel Documentation:
1. Travelers are responsible for possessing valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other necessary travel documents.
2. We advise checking the visa requirements and travel advisories of the destination country before making bookings.
Travel Insurance:
